RIGHTS OF DATA SUBJECTS

FOOTPRINT informs Users that they may exercise the rights of access, rectification, restriction, erasure, data portability, objection to the processing of their personal data, and the right not to be subject to automated decisions, including profiling, before the Data Controller, as well as the right to withdraw consent.

Right of Access: The user’s right to obtain confirmation of whether their data is being processed and, if so, the specific personal data processed and the legal information of the processing (purposes, legal basis, retention periods, transfers, data source, etc.).

Right of Rectification: The right of the data subject to have inaccurate or incomplete data corrected. Regarding the website, this right can only be satisfied concerning information under the website’s control, for example, deleting comments published on the site, images, or web content containing the user’s personal data.

Right to Restriction of Processing: The right to limit the original processing purposes defined by the data controller in certain cases.

Information will never be given over the phone.

• The requester should use a means of communication that allows proof of sending and receipt of the request.
